As one of the experiments for Science Week we made Ooblek.
Ooblek is a special substance that is liquid and can be poured but becomes solid when you put pressure on it.
Ooblek is a non-Newtonian Fluid.
It is also great fun to play with!
Hurling
It was exciting to welcome our Hurling Coach, Cian back again this year. We started off with a game of Bulldog to warm up. Then we practised some new skills. At the end of the session we had a very competitive match! Cian will be our coach for the next six weeks. Hopefully the fine weather will last that long as well.
