Pizza

Our tastiest experiment for Science Week was cooking pizza. 

We discovered that heating materials changes them in different ways. 

The heat brought out all the flavours and the cheese melted. 

Final result, a yummy slice of pizza. 

We have also been doing fractions so we revised halves, quarters and eighths.

Hurling

It was exciting to welcome our Hurling Coach, Cian back again this year. We started off with a game of Bulldog to warm up. Then we practised some new skills.  At the end of the session we had a very competitive match! Cian will be our coach for the next six weeks.  Hopefully the fine weather will last that long as well.
